As we know when products are shipped, there are many documents which accompany them. Some of these documents are required for the goods payment(letter of credit, bank guaranty or payment transfer ) ,others are required for the customer of foreign country to gave authorization and clean the products, and still others provide assurances that the products meets the requirements set out in the contract. This packed of document can differ from contract to other and products. For example in petroleum products export buyer can ask for deep test result or allocation number.
